General Info If there are any problems, you always can contact us at our office in Cusco /Peru .
We ask 40 % deposit for reservation and the next 60% / 5 weeks before departure. For reservation we need the following information :

Nationality
Passport number
Insurency Its obligated to have your own travel insurancy!
Cancellation
Cancellations till 56 days before departure cost 15% of the total amount. Cancellation between 56 and 42 days before departure cost 30% of the total amount , from 42 to 28 days before departure 50%, from 28 to 14 days before departure 75% and from 14 to 7 days before departure 90%. If you cancel 7 days or less before departure, you have to pay the total amount .Its better to take an insurancy for cancellation as well!
