Day 1:Cusco-Mollepata- Huayracmachay 6 h Walk

Pick up at your hotel around  4:30 A M and drive to Soraypampa (4 H). First we will pass Mollepata  village. We continue by bus to Soraypampa from where we start our trek  during 3 hours approximately until  Soroycocha the place of our lunch. After we continue 50 min of walking up  to 4700 Mt altitude. Here we have stunning views over the Salkantay mountain range, we continue 3 h going down to our first camp Huayracmachay. Where we have diner.



Day 2: Huayraqmachay –Chaullay- Colpachaca – Playa Sahuayaco 9 h walk

Breakfast  around 5.30 AM. We start our trek at 6 AM. A long day but no really hard, most of the way it’s going down, you will appreciate the change of landscape, we will walk to the lunch place for 3 hours. The lunch will be on Collpachaca. After lunch we continue 3,5 H to playa sahuayaco our second campsite. Dinner and camp.



Day 3:Playa Sahuayaco- Llactapata - Hydro elecrtrica- aqua cal 6 h walk

Wake up and breakfast at 6.30 AM. Today we walk up for 3 H approximately, until Patallacta complex, you see the different vegetation from forest to coca fields. From here its an other walking down for 3h. Lunch at Hidroelectric. From here where we take the train to Aquas calientes at 4.30 PM, it’s a 1 h ride. In Aquas calientes  we overnight in a hostal with private bathroom. Dinner in a restaurant in Aguas Calientes. Depending on the condition of the group we can walk up to llactapata and continue.

 
 

 



Day 4 : Machu Picchu - Cusco

Breakfast, very early around 5 AM in the morning. We take the first bus to Machu Picchu around 5.45 AM. We enter Machu Picchu and have a guided tour of the complex for around 2,5 hours. After this you have some free time to wander around yourself. Walk to Inti Punko, the “Sun Gate” or to the mountain behind Machu Picchu “Waynapicchu “, in 45 Min, from here you have stunning views over the whole complex, but be careful there is a new rule that only 400 people a day are allowed. you need to get a permit stamp early at the entree gate of Machu Picchu. If the permits are gone you can climb to Machu Picchu mountain with even better vieuws. For this you dont need any permission.  After your free time you can walk down or drive down by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, for a late lunch (not included). In the afternoon we take the train back to Poroy or Ollantaytambo, transfer and

arrive late at yout hotel in cusco !
